We are currently seeking experienced, Licensed Pet Insurance Sales Advisors to join our amazing team! Successful candidates will be goal-oriented, focused on converting opportunities into sales, while delighting customers. You are someone that has a passion for furry friends and want to help their human companions understand the value of protecting them with the most comprehensive pet insurance available. You will have a customer-first mindset, listening to the customer’s needs and working with them to create the best outcome. You will feel energized in a busy environment, where opportunities abound, and take full advantage of working our sales leads (both inbound and outbound). And, if financial security is your goal, you will relish the opportunity to earn healthy commissions with each new customer you sign up.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Utilize Fetch selling tools, including operating standards, to convert prospects into customers
- Analyze prospect motivation by gathering information and exploring concerns
- Maintain product knowledge through self-directed training and by accessing desktop tools
- Follow guidelines to achieve goals, capitalizing on every sales lead
- With each interaction, act as a brand ambassador, strengthening the positive feelings customers and potential customers have about Fetch
- Actively collaborate with your immediate team and other members of Fetch to provide the best customer experience
- Participate in team meetings, elevating ideas around how to close more sales and/or improve the customer experience
- Take advantage of upskilling opportunities, which may include additional insurance credentials
RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Take a high volume of inbound calls, treating each prospect with genuine courtesy and professionalism
- Follow-up with potential policy holders through outbound calls and emails
- Track your daily progress against set goals
- Must be able to work a minimum of 40-42 hours per week with varied shifts, ranging from 8 AM-10 PM ET
REQUIRED SKILLS.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license REQUIRED
- A minimum of two (2) years of selling insurance products
- Previous sales call center experience
- Able to multitask– accessing systems, conversing with customers, and actively listening in real-time
- Ability to sell and negotiate in a calm, focused manner
- Demonstrated success working in a remote environment
- Ability to interface with a wide range of customer types; demonstrating empathy and patience
- Attention to detail, able to communicate product-specific information in a factual and influential way
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Able to anticipate needs, innovate and flourish in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Proficient in applications such as phone applications, G-Suite applications, and various Internet browsers
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
WORK-FROM-HOME SET-UP.
- Subscription to a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum of 100 Mbps download and 30 Mbps upload speed)
- A quiet, dedicated place to work in your home that is not easily disrupted by background noises or regular distractions
- Office space must be large enough to accommodate two 19” monitors, laptop, mouse, keyboard, phone and headset
- Ability to set up and connect (with instructions and remote IT team assistance) equipment that is shipped to your home
