Digital Marketing Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams to execute projects that drive digital visitors, improve customer acquisition, and accelerate business growth. This role is responsible for managing digital initiatives, supporting the Digital growth team in optimizing digital marketing campaigns, enhancing customer journeys, and ensuring that all digital projects align with the overall business strategy. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management, digital marketing, and growth strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management
  • Lead end-to-end execution of digital projects, from initial concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables, while collaborating with internal teams (marketing, product, development) and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective communication across all departments, driving accountability and alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with the PIF Growth Program Manager to coordinate Tech deliverables. 
  • Manage the implementation of marketing automation tools, A/B testing, and other growth initiatives to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the Brand and Creative team to deliver creative assets required for Digital Campaigns and Growth strategies.
  • Work with the Head of Growth to develop and track KPIs to measure success.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding of project goals.
  • Present project updates to leadership and other stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital marketing or growth strategies.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale digital initiatives and driving business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello) and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with an aptitude for creative solutions.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with growth hacking strategies and tools.
  • Knowledge of customer lifecycle management, CRM platforms, and lead generation techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
