Job Overview:
Our Recruiting/HR team is expanding, and we're seeking a highly motivated, positive, and proactive Strategic Recruiter to help us find and attract top talent. You'll partner closely with our Senior Manager of Strategic Recruiting, utilizing your expertise in sourcing, recruiting, and market research to identify both passive and active candidates who are eager to join our pack.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and Execute Strategic Recruiting Plans: Craft and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract exceptional talent to Fetch.
- Source and Screen Top Talent: Proactively source candidates, review resumes, and conduct engaging initial interviews.
- Streamline the Interview Process: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Manage Candidate Data and Metrics: Maintain accurate candidate databases and track key recruitment metrics to optimize our hiring process.
- Build Strong Hiring Manager Relationships: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their unique staffing needs and provide expert guidance.
- Represent the Fetch Brand: Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing our company culture and values to potential candidates.
- Create Engaging Social Media Content: Help Develop and curate compelling content for social media platforms to promote current career opportunities and enhance employer branding.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Up to 3 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing.
- Proven experience in recruiting and sourcing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Creative writing and graphic-building skills
- Proficiency with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Canva, Indeed, Talent Insights and CompAnalyst
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A passion for building relationships and networking effectively.
- A love of pets is a plus!
