Overview:
We’re seeking a highly organized and communication-savvy Account Manager to support the growth of our insurance and employee benefits partnerships. This role requires a unique blend of internal collaboration and external relationship management, with a strong emphasis on communication, multitasking, and data-driven insight. The ideal candidate will also bring a mindset of continuous improvement—always looking for ways to streamline processes and enhance partner impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Support & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for internal teams supporting insurance and benefits partnerships.
- Support and coordinate across marketing, operations, finance, data, and tech to ensure seamless execution of partner deliverables.
- Drive follow-through on partner launch plans, onboarding workflows, and ongoing performance monitoring.
Broker & Agent Engagement:
- Communicate with brokers and agents to answer questions, provide updates, and ensure strong engagement.
- Support training sessions, webinars, and promotional efforts that increase adoption and performance.
Project & Priority Management:
- Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.
- Proactively identify roadblocks and troubleshoot issues across departments or partners.
- Escalate issues to the leadership team and key stakeholders to maintain forward progress and collaborate to clear obstacles.
Data Analysis & Insights:
- Analyze partner and program performance data to identify trends and work with leadership to deliver on action plans to drive desired outcomes
- Build and present reports summarizing activity and engagement
- Use data insights to recommend and implement process improvements
Communication & Process Optimization:
- Deliver high-quality written communications, including recap emails, meeting follow-ups, and partner-facing updates.
- Continuously assess workflows to identify and drive operational efficiencies and scalable practices.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, partnerships, or client services, preferably in insurance, benefits, or a regulated industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable tone
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, tech, legal, and sales teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Proficiency in tools like Excel/Sheets, CRM systems, and project management platforms
Preferred:
- Experience working with brokers, agents, or within the employee benefits ecosystem
- Background in insurance, fintech, or HR technology is a plus
