About The Role

We’re looking for a data-driven and entrepreneurial Growth Marketing Manager, Digital Partnerships to expand our marketing footprint across partnerships and emerging digital channels. This role will focus on identifying and activating new partnerships, and managing and scaling emerging digital channels that complement core, traditional digital media. 

This is an individual contributor role ideal for someone with 3–5 years digital partnerships experience who’s ready to help new opportunities to shape how we reach new audiences. 

Location

  • This role is based in our New York City office in the Financial District on a hybrid schedule (2–3 days in office per week preferred), giving you the opportunity to collaborate face-to-face with our growth, creative, and technology teams.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new digital partnerships and non-traditional media opportunities that drive measurable customer acquisition growth.
  • Manage business development, outreach, onboarding, enablement, performance tracking, day-to-day partner management, and ongoing relationship management to ensure long-term success.
  • Track key metrics, monitor spend and performance, and provide data-driven insights for optimization. Analyze partnership performance and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Act as the key point of contact for existing partners, ensuring continued engagement, mutual value, and revenue growth
  • Collaborate closely with analytics, creative, and product teams to align strategies, track performance, and report results.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities that align with business goals.
  • Support the management of budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure investments are delivering efficient performance outcomes.
  • Stay informed on evolving marketing and partnership trends, continuously identifying opportunities to enhance growth, efficiency, and channel diversification.
  • Maintain a flexible, solutions-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities and emerging opportunities.

How You'll Measure Success

  • Drive growth in customer acquisition through strategic initiatives.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets for key metrics.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of launching and scaling partnership programs from scratch, or owning a partnership.
  • Strong deal-making and relationship-building skills with decision makers.
  • A sales-driven mindset with a deep understanding of revenue impact and pipeline contributions.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-management, and negotiation, skills with the ability to build trust, engage stakeholders, and serve as a subject matter expert.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven attitude, with a desire to get things done and make an impact. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in addressing challenges and finding solutions.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
