Description:

The Strategic Partnerships Team at Fetch oversees partnerships in three channels: i) Employee Benefits & Associations, ii ) Property & Casualty Brokers and Agents, and iii) Financial institutions that want to offer Pet Insurance as a value add to clients. The Director of Operations, Strategic Partnerships is a key role on the Strategic Partnerships team ensuring the successful implementation of newly signed partners across all three channels as well as the ongoing administrative and operational needs of all signed partners. Once a partner is signed by either the Team Lead or Growth Partner, the Director of Operations will oversee the implementation from contract execution to first bound policy, ensuring accuracy in paperwork, licensing/appointments, reporting, invoicing, customization for launch, and scheduling of training and webinars for all partners. This person will also coordinate with Creative on key marketing materials, ensuring partners are up to date with product and program enhancements.  The Account Managers for each respective channel will report into this person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Successful implementation of newly signed partners – Drive new partner implementation, ensuring the end-to-end needs of partner and Fetch are met, keeping key partners informed, and ensuring the partner is set up for success to hit key metric
  • Create Efficiency - Implement an end-to-end process that optimizes the launch of a partner from contract signature to first policy bound within 30 days, keeping in mind nuances between the Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty channels and needs of the respective partner
  • Key Contact for ongoing administrative needs- As the needs of the partner evolve, work closely with the Growth Partners, who are the relationship managers, to ensure the partnership is working as intended and handle any ongoing administrative asks
  • Cross-functional lead- Work with the key teams at Fetch to ensure compliance, reporting, tech integration, data analytics, and all cross-functional needs for each partner are properly communicated and implemented
  • Creative liaison- Each partner will have ongoing marketing needs based on their audience, email campaigns, open enrollment cycles, and events.  This person will be the liaison between Strategic Partnerships and Creative to ensure materials are accurate, up-to-date, and properly catalogued.  This includes creating RFP decks.
  • Manage Marketing Calendar- Strategic Partnerships has their own team calendar which maps Open Enrollment Cycles, Marketing/Email campaigns, Events/Conferences, Client Pitches/Webinars and uses this to inform pacing and CAC.  This person would oversee this calendar and manage accordingly.

  • 10+ years of professional experience
  • 3+ years of management experience
